Our Story

For three generations, the leadership team behind RRI has shaped and refined the independent last-mile distribution model many brands still run on today. We wrote the original playbook for independent distribution and built the services to keep it running, from training and financing to staffing and support. Today, RRI focuses on driver staffing, with warehouse and merchandising support where needed. We scale fast, customize to each client’s network, and deliver system-smart staffing that keeps routes covered, costs predictable, and business moving forward.
