General Service & Fit

  • Our services include all non-CDL last-mile delivery and warehouse staffing services that do not involve hazardous materials. We provide contracted drivers, warehouse staff, and merchandisers. 

    High-volume seasonal spikes are supported with sufficient advance notice, and we can scale down as needed. With advance notice and key information, candidates can be ready for seasonal placement in one to two weeks.

  • We currently provide personnel solutions throughout the continental United States. 

  • The typical turnaround time for contracted placements is about one to two weeks, with a capacity for faster pre-fill openings if we have advanced notice for future demand for placements.

Recruiting, Screening, and Training

  • Once a client has submitted a staffing request, we source qualified, pre-vetted candidates and attempt to submit profiles within 24 hours. Once a client selects a candidate, onboarding begins; which includes:

     

    Application sent to and returned by the chosen candidate.

    Pre-employment screenings: E-Verify, criminal background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), drug screening, DOT physical if applicable.

    Minimum requirements: relevant warehouse or driving experience, valid license for drivers, clean or acceptable MVR, ability to pass all screenings, DOT certification if required

    Disqualification criteria include felony convictions, registered sex offenders, serious misdemeanours within 10 years, domestic violence within 10 years, drug crimes within 10 years, DUI or DWI within 5 years, and three or more moving violations in the past three years.

  • Training for placements combines general workplace safety and anti-harassment training led by us, with clients responsible for all job-specific and site-specific training. For drivers, the client provides a road test, driving course modules, and safety and compliance training.

    Clients provide further job-specific training. Our Account Managers continuously communication with clients to ensure ongoing compliance and satisfaction and our HR group to proactively monitor certifications for renewal.

  • All contracted employees placed have the experience and training necessary for their roles. Drivers and warehouse personnel are DOT certified, experienced in warehouse operations or commercial driving, and are required to pass client-administered road tests and additional training modules as needed.

Flexibility, Scaling & Transition

  • There is no minimum contract period or volume requirement. We ramp up or scale back as needed per client demand.  We are prepared to support complex scopes and/or large scale demands.

  • Once a candidate is selected by the client, we complete the screening and training prior to starting in the role.  Pre-employment screenings include: E-Verify, criminal background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), drug screening, DOT physical if applicable.

  • Tenure varies from weeks to years depending on client needs. All roles are viewed as critical, and turnover is handled collaboratively with the client.  We do our very best during the sourcing, screening, training and on-boarding of placements to minimize turnover.

Compensation, Benefits & Retention

  • We have a comprehensive process for sourcing available top talent in all roles.  We are hypervigilant regarding testing and screening.  In addition, our training and onboarding process work concurrently to prepare and evaluate every candidate.  Finally, we counsel our clients on what they can do to minimize turnover; focusing on their own on-boarding processes, offering competitive pay rates and empowering placements to suggest improvements.

  • We offer 401(k) benefits after one year of employment, medical insurance after 90 days. Overtime pay is provided as per state or federal requirements. Paid sick leave is accrued as per state law.

  • Net hourly rates, markups, and fees vary by market and client. Nationally, pay rates for non-CDL drivers range from $20–$25 per hour and warehouse personnel vary from $15 to $25 per hour depending on the role and required special skills. Our mark-up is in-line with industry expectations. Billing is transparent and includes detailed breakdowns in weekly invoices. Typically, our services include recruiting, sourcing, screening, training, on-boarding, payroll, benefits and HR support for contracted employees; client manages all on-site training and onboarding.

  • Tenure varies by role and client, anywhere from weeks to years.  

Risk Management, Insurance, and Compliance

  • Yes, we provide worker’s compensation coverage; incidents must be reported within 24 hours and are processed through insurance, including required accident analysis and post-accident drug screening.

  • We maintain current DOT compliance expectations and strictly enforce rules, including driving hour limits. DOT recordkeeping is conducted per client, state, and federal requirements. OSHA compliance is the client's responsibility.

Operational Performance & Technology

  • This information is client-specific and not tracked by us; feedback is provided by clients.

  • We use Avionte with Sense integration, along with cell phone and email for daily communications. Paychex is used for time and payroll support.

  • Typically, the compatibility of our systems is scrutinized, due to co-employment legal considerations. Compatibility is determined during discovery.

  • We do not track these types of metrics; they are monitored by the client. 

Cost, Transparency, and Value

  • Pricing is structured per employee; flat or tiered hourly rates are available. Billing rates include gross pay, insurance, taxes, and reimbursements.

  • There are no hidden costs. We break out what is pass-through vs. mark-up costs. We provide tiered hourly rates based on volume of placements. Obviously, built into our market up are all the dedicated resources for recruiting and on-board placements as well as HR services for the placements that covers benefits, workers compensation, payroll, 401K services and responding to the occasional challenges we need to solve or support.

  • Hours are reviewed for accuracy by both client managers and our administration, with weekly invoices providing a detailed, transparent breakdown of the pricing components.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • We maintain constant communication with clients and employees via phone, text, and email. HR issues are handled by our HR team, while job placement/recruiting/onboarding are managed by our dedicated recruiting staff. All team members are available by phone or email. Pre-hire processes are led by Rocio Orozco and post-hire processes are led by Dayannet Caraballo.

  • We work closely with both clients and contracted employees to resolve issues; which may include the use of SOP warnings or even termination if needed. We welcome client recommendations for improvement. Quarterly client-based performance review meetings are conducted to review and improve all aspects of our services and client expectations.

  • We conduct quarterly client account reviews with every client to share relevant data and insights, new ideas for improving the status quo and to discuss future needs and challenges.

  • Timeline varies by client needs.  Our onboarding is very efficient, collaborative and expedient. Pre-placement is managed by the relationship owner (Sales Representative or Account Manager – depending on scope and scale).  Post-Placement is managed by our HR group.
